Aligned with the 2030 Bilingual Policy and driven by the goal of enhancing international competitiveness, we initiated the "Training for Upgrading English in Civil Service" in 2023. In 2025, a revamped version of this training was launched, encompassing the "Empower Your English with AI Workshop" and the "Global Mobility Talent Development English Program."
These endeavors are crucial for fostering the English communication abilities and international mobility of civil servants, playing a pivotal role in further elevating the governance capabilities of our nation.

Global Mobility Talent Development English Program
The program aims to enhance participants' international communication and policy discourse capabilities, essential for overseas training.
Trainees
- Empower Your English with AI Workshop: All civil service personnel are eligible to register for the class, with proof of English proficiency at GEPT intermediate level or CEF B1 and above.
- Global Mobility Talent Development English Program: Participants of the 2024 Take-Off Program for Senior Civil Service are qualified to register for the class.
