In the face of challenges of a globalized world, we need to cultivate English ability and new knowledge to cope with globalization issues for our Junior and Senior rank civil service, as well as the capability of grasping global social current in real time. Since 2017, the NACS launched the “English Language Program in a Globalized World”, held on every Thursday evening. In August, 2019, we started the workshop of “English Presentation Techniques for Efficient Communication”, and invited foreign instructors to teach presentation techniques.
