The NACS is committed to building up a network for international and domestic training exchanges and cooperation. To materialize substantive cooperation, we actively establish strategic partnership with training institutions from home and abroad through signing MOUs. In the domestic front, the NACS, starting from 2009 signed MOUs with National Central Library, Chunghwa Telecom Training Institute, National Open University, National Academy for Educational Research, CPC Corporation, and Open University of Kaohsiung to forge the partnership.
In addition, we signed MOUs with such institutions as Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University, India’s National Institute of Administrative Research, Poland’s National School of Public Administration, Australia and New Zealand School of Government of Australian National University, Carnegie Mellon University in Australia, NSOB of the Netherlands, Belgium’s Training Institute Federal Administration, the United States Office of Personnel Management, UK’s Civil Service College, and HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management. We hope that through the establishment of the partnership, we can expand substantive exchanges on training and grasp international training trends and development.
