The NACS constantly motivates itself with the three core values, i.e. “Service, Growth and Innovation”, and uphold the spirit of “Proactive Vision, Pursuit of Excellence” to implement such mandatory training as Basic Training for Personnel Newly Passed the Civil Service Examination, Rank Promotion Training, and senior civil service training. Our ambition of pursuing training performance aims to nurture quality civil servants with necessary knowledge and capabilities for performing their duties.

“Training” is important to the management of human resources. To enhance our international presence, the NACS continues improving administrative efficiency in the spirit of pursuing advancement, and proposes innovative thinking and benefits. Our experiences of organizing training programs have won recognitions from such international human resource management organizations as the Association for Talent Development (ATD), International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO), Asian Regional Training and Development Organization (ARTDO), and Brandon Hall Group. By 2019, the NACS has won 16 prizes (ATD/ ASTD: 3, IFTDO: 6, ARTDO: 1, Brandon Hall Group: 6).

 

  • National Academy of Civil Service has received Bronze award of "Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology" in 2019 Brandon Hall Group Technology Excellence Awards.
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received Silver Award of “Best Advance in Leadership Development” in 2019 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received Bronze Medal Award of “Best Use of Blended Learning” in 2017 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received an award of “Diversity and Inclusion Category” in 2017 ATD Excellence in Practice Awards.
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received two Bronze awards of “Learning and Development Awards Category” and “Leadership Development Awards Category” in 2016 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.  
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received “Certificate of Merit for the Quality of Work life category” in 2015 IFTDO.
  • National Academy of Civil Service has received Bronze Award of “The Best Advance in Leadership Development category” in 2015 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.
