On May 8, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Taiwan time (May 7, 6:00 p.m. Mexico City time), Dr. Tsai Hsiu-Chuan, President of the National Academy of Civil Service (Taiwan-NACS), and Dr. Luis Miguel Martínez Anzures, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Public Administration (Mexico-INAP), signed a Memorandum of Understanding during a virtual ceremony. The signing was witnessed by Representative Ivan Lee of the Taipei Representative Office in Mexico. This MOU marks a significant milestone in fostering deeper exchange and cooperation between the civil service training institutions of Taiwan and Mexico.
